I love this position, Lindsey! Honestly, I was feeling mixed emotions because I also use AI everyday to help me work more efficiently.

All the ideas, experiences and thoughts in my articles are mine. AI often says things clearer than I might.

So, the detector made me feel bad about the way I was going about it.

My intent is to educate and inform and maybe make soneonen laugh. If you can’t laugh through menopause it’s a rough ride.

Thank you for putting in the work necessary to pull together your thoughts for this article.

Personally, I don’t care if it sounds too perfect. If we all had the writing skills as an English Professor, maybe we would not need to utilise AI in this way. Until then, AI is my friend.

Here I was reading your article because I always get something good coming from you when I read what you publish. I couldn’t agree more with what you said in it and then I found myself link in your article! That was fun and made my day. And yes I do use AI. And I write my own. And they are my ideas. And it all is in the mix. The flag for me is the people out there putting out a ton of content proclaiming they don’t use AI and I see all the AI phrases in the content! Lie. Personally I think AI can help with creativity. Use it or don’t use it. Just don’t lie.

By the way my latest article GenX Had the Garden Hose. Dogs Got a Tongue and Four Sweaty Feet comes up 100% human written. And while almost all of it I did sit down and hammer out as a thought stream on my laptop, the title itself was with the help of AI. So there ya go. Not gonna lie. Just gonna keep on getting the good dog stuff out there in all the best ways!
